[Getting on board was a moment of chaos. He remembers turning a corner, expecting to find fur and blood in his mouth, expecting maybe to get torn up in return, expecting maybe a bullet from above to take him down, too-

But instead he's somewhere metal, somewhere that smells of strangers and strangeness, and he's bleeding a trail but he runs for safety anyway. If there is any. If there are doors, anywhere, that he can open without changing back, because this has to be the FBI's work and so long as they think he's just a wolf, maybe they won't slit him open and poke around inside.]



[ooc: Lark is a wolf, for now. He'll have to change back sooner or later even if he doesn't want to, so feel free to tag him as human or wolf, just lemme know which.]

[Boyd takes a few steps back, keeping a careful eye on the wolf's movements because he'd really rather not get his hand bitten off.]

You want it? Then you gotta come with me, this way.

[He's still leaving little spots of blood behind him and his worry is about being followed but he limps after Boyd, faster the more he gets used to roaming on three legs.

By the time they get to the end of the hall the sugar is smelling mighty good, and Lark is putting on his best friendly-dog routine]

[To be honest, Boyd doesn't know if there's anyone with veterinary skills in the infirmary, but letting a wounded, supposedly wild animal wander the hallways doesn't strike him as a good thing.

They make it to the door of the infirmary without Boyd losing his hand (although if the wolf were to bite him, at least he could get prompt medical attention.

He opens the door and breaks off a little piece of the candy bar, throwing it inside.]

Go on, go and get it!

[Lark rushes in as fast as he can on three legs, and promptly chews off half the candy bar, then chews it up so he can enjoy it.

And then with the good-natured naivete of affectionate dogs everywhere, he carries the other half back to Boyd. So it's covered in wolf saliva; share?]

Uh... thanks?

[He takes it back, only because it's probably not the healthiest thing for the animal to eat, but gross, man.

He closes the door so the wolf can't leave and calls out-] Yo, is there a veterinarian in the house?
