A small shrine for my room, if you please. Given that the chapel isn't for everyone's religious observance, just the kind that can be carefully ignored at the least hint of upsetting anyone.

Nothing, to start. It's mostly a simple wooden piece of furniture.

In essence. How would you describe a chair to one who seems to have never heard of it? 'A piece of furniture used to sit upon', no?

I could sketch for you a rough design of what I mean, but I hardly know what you're asking me to describe!

I can have a drawing done within a few minutes time. It's not complicated; more like a slightly large cupboard with some extra features.
